I am pleased to announce the launch of DVCbyOwner.com - the only site available for Disney Vacation Club owners to buy, sell, or rent point by owner.

As you tour the site you will see that everything is completely free, and the entire site is dedicated to Disney Vacation Club. The goal of the site is to provide options for Buyers and Sellers. I feel it is important for Buyers and Sellers to be able use Disney directly, or a resale agent, or our site - depending on their needs and comfort level.

Our site has a few features we have not seen anywhere else. For example, our DVC Market Value Tool lets you quickly see what is for sale at multiple sellers, who has the largest selection, what is the lowest price, and ROFR estimates. Warning - it becomes addictive checking on values - as they change once per hour.

We are putting our finishing touches on DVC for FREE, which is simply a creative way to enjoy Disney Vacation Club free of dues and your initial purchase. More info on that soon.
